Hi, Katherine.
I was watching the video and following the hard copy instruction and it seems like the labeling or arrangement of the strands is different in the diagram than what you are referring to in the video. Is that the case or am I not watching closely enough? I’ve been eager to learn this technique….so pretty.

Also, with the thermoplastic being light weight do you recommend the acrylic clasp or does the metal clasp work ok?

I recommend 45 percent … I have a postage scale that I weigh my tama and counterweight bag.

hi Melodie … If you’re making Braid 20, do the normal Edo Yatsu 2x as many times as you prefer. When you want to change colors, repeat clockwise steps Three times for a total of six movements, and follow with counterclockwise steps Twice. Then start the normal number of movements for 2x Edo Yatsu Gumi.
