What a fun class. I really enjoyed doing all the different braids, as a new braider many were new to me. I think this was my best braid yet.

Here’s my braid. I did edo yatsu 1 time both s and z, then 2x s an z, then 3 times s and z and finished with 1 time, changing randomly between s and z. I kept track of each movement on a sheet of paper as Rosalie suggested and it really helped me to keep track of where I was in the braiding process!</p>

Most of the time Rosalie’s instructions told how to move the tama to get into the next position.

I’m using imposter for the first time. How do I keep all the threads at the same tension? They look nice and flat until I tie the Tama on. Invariably there is at least one loose thread, and I seem to get more as I braid.

good job on the braid! When you have a single thread that comes out of the bundle of strands, just undo the looped knot of the element, work the loose end down, and redo the looped knot.
